Arrival & Departure: Please inform us at least 1 day before check-in of your arrival time. The apartment is accessible only on foot from a public parking lot (non-reservable) located 400 meters away. We will transport your luggage to the apartment upon arrival and back to the parking lot upon departure. For arrivals after 7:00 PM, luggage transport is not guaranteed and will be arranged the following day after 9:00 AM with reception. Heating: Available during the following periods and included in the room rate: 1 January – 31 March and 1 October – 31 December. Pets: Allowed upon request with a supplement of €8 per pet per day. Late Check-in: An additional charge of €100 applies for check-in outside scheduled hours. All late arrival requests are subject to property confirmation. The apartment is not stocked with food, detergents, or toilet paper.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
