Family-Friendly Accommodation • This property is exclusively for families. • The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Check-In & Identification: • Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. • Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. • The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. • Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. • Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR). Payment: • For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Damage Deposit • Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. • This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: • Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. • Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. • Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: • Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). COVID-19 Guidelines • In line with government guidelines to minimize Coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission, additional documentation may be requested. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
