Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. Once the booking has been made, the property will contact guests directly via email regarding payment procedures. Guests must pay in advance by credit card, using an online Japanese payment system. The property will e-mail instructions after the booking is completed. After the email has been received, payment must be completed within 3 days to guarantee the booking. If payments are not made, the reservations may be canceled. Please note this is strictly a non-smoking property. Children aged 0-5 years can stay free of charge when using existing Futon. (no extra futon for children staying free of charge)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
