In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID, passport, or driving license and a credit card before arrival. Upon successful receipt of full payment, guests will be sent instructions regarding key collection. If you require a cot or a high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge. Pets are prohibited at the property. The lead guest must be at least 35 years old. Family-Friendly Accommodation: This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Check-In & Identification: Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. Payment: For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Damage Deposit: Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).
