Once the client has made the reservation in the accommodation, they must contact the owner to sign the rental contract, as well as to provide a copy of the ID on both sides of all the adults who are going to stay in the establishment . In case of not receiving the signed contract and the rest of the requested documentation, the owner reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation. The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation for groups under 30 years of age, in order to prevent irresponsible behavior, inconvenience and possible damage.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
