-The apartment is for the exclusive use of families. Parties and/or bachelor/ette parties are not allowed. -The entry of visitors who are not previously registered is not allowed. -The capacity of 6 people (including children and babies) is not allowed. - The building's pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 08:00 am to 8:00 pm. On Mondays it will always be under maintenance until 1 pm to 8:00 pm. -The check-in time to the apartment is at 4:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am. (The schedule will only be flexible depending on the availability and schedule of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure). -Upon arrival, the building will charge a tourist registration fee of 20,000 COP per person, only credit or debit cards are accepted; cash is not accepted. (This amount may vary according to the building's rules and is not included in the total value of the reservation).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
