Guests can buy the load or credit via the link provided in the notice board of instructions on how to buy the credit. - Wifi is 5€ per day and paid cash on arrival. - A damage deposit of €500 is required for up to 12 persons only. For larger groups (12 persons or more) will be adjusted accordingly to ensure proper coverage for increased usage of the facilities and potential incidentals. This will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property and reimbursement within 2 days of check-out. - Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. - Please be inform Villa Diamantina of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Request box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. - For bookings of 14 nights and 28 nights and more (or monthly rates), please note that the booking price will be for 6 persons only. - For booking 28 nights or more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival. To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
