Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

- Air conditioning is by pay-per-meter use. Guests can buy the load or credit via the link provided in the notice board of instructions on how to buy the credit.
- Wifi is 5€ per day and paid cash on arrival.
- A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required up to 12 pax. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 2 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- For booking 28 nights or more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival.
