Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Online check-in: This process is quick and easy. It consists of filling in the details of all occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.), and signing the digital contract.
By completing the online check-in, you authorize our agency to charge the security deposit to your credit card in case of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be reflected in the invoice for the damages caused.
Additional costs: Tourist tax: €1.10 per person per night. Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay.
Electronic locks: Our apartments are equipped with an automatic opening and closing system via link or PIN code. You will receive this information once you have completed the online registration.
