Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
In Spain, if you own a place where tourists stay, you are required to keep a record of who stays there.
