Please note that all waste must be properly sorted and disposed of according to the collection schedule and instructions provided during your stay. The outdoor area of the property is monitored by video surveillance. We kindly ask guests to pay particular attention to correct waste disposal and to respect the property's rules at all times. At check-out, no rubbish should be left inside the accommodation. Any remaining waste must be disposed of in the designated public waste bins available in the city, in accordance with local regulations. If any rubbish is left inside the accommodation upon departure, a charge of €100.00 will be applied to cover additional cleaning and waste disposal costs.
