COMMUNICATION VIA WHATSAPP: It is essential to have WhatsApp, as it is our main means of communication. Through this app, we will send you the link to complete the online check-in. ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It includes: – Filling in the details of all occupants – Paying any remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) – Signing the digital contract By completing the online check-in, you authorize our agency to charge the damage deposit to your credit card in case of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will only be made if damages occur and will appear on the damages invoice. ADDITIONAL COSTS: – Tourist tax: €1.93 per person, per night – Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay CHECK-IN TIME: from 15:00 to 22:00 CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments are equipped with an automatic entry and exit system using a link or PIN code. Virtual keys will be sent at 08:00 on the day of your arrival, provided the online check-in has been completed.
