Optional extras: linen hire (sheets + towels); cot; high chair. As soon as the reservation is made on BOOKING, an option will be sent by e-mail to the customer requesting a deposit of 25% of the total amount. On receipt of the deposit, a contract will be sent by email and must be returned to the establishment signed by the customer (by email or post). The balance of the rental must be paid 1 month before arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
