Guests arriving outside of opening hours are kindly requested to contact the property in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Your arrival time determines how you will receive the keys. You will either need to go to the office in the centre of Barcelona (near Plaza Catalunya) or an agent will bring the keys directly to the apartment. The following are not included in the price: Surcharge for bed linen and towels: €7 per person Tourist tax: €6.88 (per person/per day, for the first 7 days of the stay) These fees must be paid directly before arrival, either by card or bank transfer. A security deposit of €200 is required, which can be paid by bank card or transfer. This deposit will be refunded on your departure day, as long as the house rules have been respected. To access the apartment, we will provide you with a secure link that will allow you to open the door using your mobile phone. Please note that a Wi-Fi or mobile internet connection is required for this system to function. If you anticipate not having internet access upon arrival, kindly inform us in advance so that we may arrange an alternative check-in method.
