The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access. The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property. Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights.
