Please note that: Dogs are accepted on request in all our accommodation for a surcharge automatically charged 8 € / night/ animal. 1 maximum dog/accommodation. Cats are not accepted. - For the joy of children and adults, animals are present in freedom on the Domain: chickens, pigs, dogs, squirrels, singing cicadas. The Domaine is suitable for people who love nature and animals. - Guests, friends, family.... (in addition to the tenants already provided for in the contract) will not be allowed to enter the Domain and in your rental even if they do not sleep on site. Access to the Domain will be systematically refused. The maximum capacity of your rental must be respected. No impromptu reception or party will be accepted... (family reunion, family meals or other...) FEASTS ARE PROHIBITED IN ALL ACCOMMODATIONS. - No smoking in the accommodation but only on your private terrace (if a cigarette smell is found inside the accommodation: fee of 50 €) - Cleaning package Mandatory end of stay charged directly to the reservation: 4 €/night THE CLEANING IS NOT DONE. We ask you to leave the rental in a correct condition: - unpack the sheets we have lent you free of charge (collect them on the table with the used towels) - empty your garbage - do your dishes and store them in the cupboards Otherwise a CLEANING SUPPLEMENT will be charged. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
