"Chez Léontine" is a 48m² 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms + kitchen/ dining area) located on the upper floor of a detached house, on a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential area of the stadium in Colombes (92700). It is only 200m from the SNCF train station "Le Stade" in Colombes. Then 15 minutes from Saint-Lazare station in Paris on line J (4 stops then terminus). You can park your car next to ours, on the property (video surveillance). Private relaxation area. Independent access via a gate and an outside staircase: 14 steps. Pets are not allowed at "Chez Léontine". Non-smoking. Very bright, large PVC double-glazed windows in each room. East-West exposure. Shops in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, bakeries, Franprix supermarket, hairdressers, bars, pharmacies, medical center, post office. The Saint Denis de Colombes shopping street is a 10-minute walk away. Town gas heating. No air conditioning. Sheets and cleaning = €60 extra. Have an excellent Parisian stay everyone ;) "
