Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that check-in takes place at Hotel Quinta Pedra dos Bicos, located 150 metres away from the villa. Should guests plan any type of event (party, wedding reception, etc.), an additional and non-refundable fee of EUR 3000 will be charged. This fee does not include any type of services. In case of events, a security deposit of EUR 5000 will be pre-authorised in guests' credit card at check-in. This amount will be refunded up to 7 days if no damages are made to the villa. Please note that pool heating is available upon request at an extra cost of EUR 500 per week.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
