Furnished apartment by the sea on the first floor of a family house, approximately 300 meters from the Lungomare Jonio in Noto Marina. Suitable for up to 4 people; a cot or extra bed for children up to 12 years old can be provided free of charge upon request. The apartment has a double bedroom, a living kitchen with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included; air conditioning is available in the bedroom. Outside, there is a cozy veranda with a table, chairs, and sofas – ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing. A shared washing machine, clothes rack, sun umbrella with two sun loungers, and free parking in the private courtyard are also available. The free beach is only about 400 meters away and easily accessible on foot.
