Minimum age travelers: All travellers must be at least 24 years old during the period of travel (families with kids are allowed). - Air conditioning: The use of the air conditioning is included for 4 hours per day. After these 4 hours, the cost of using the air conditioning is €0.50 per hour. - Heating: Optional use of heating will be charged on site in cash (12€/night). - Firewood: The optional use of firewood will be charged on site in cash (11€/night). - Baby cot & high chair: The first 2 sets (consisting of baby cot and high chair) are free of charge. Extra sets are available on request, Each additional set 10 € p/night. - Commercial activities, parties & Celebrations: No type of commercial activity can be carried out in the reserved house. Likewise, it is prohibited to hold parties, celebrations, meetings, courses, workshops, etc. and any immoral, annoying, unhealthy activity prohibited by law. - Failure to comply with any of these prohibitions will entail a penalty that will amount to €3,000, plus cleaning costs, repairs to damages, replacement of missing or stolen items, as well as reporting to the police or guardia civil. The renter must assume said responsibility sanctions plus those that may arise from the complaint. - License : Please note that the license number of the property is ETV/8444This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
