The opening and use of the community facilities, including the swimming pool, will depend on the decisions of the residents' association. -The swimming pool is available from April 1, 2026 to September 15, 2026 -The swimming pool will open only from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. -The main guest must be at least 18 years old to book -Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon confirming their booking -Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs that may occur as a result of their stay -No smoking allowed -Pets are not allowed. -No parties, events, or excessive noise allowed. -Failure to comply with the rules results in a fine of $66 or €60. -Please note that after 8:00 PM, only urgent incidents will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions that require the presence or intervention of staff outside of these hours may incur an additional cost. - Late check-out depends on availability and must be requested in advance. Conversely, a late check-out (after 11:00) may affect cleaning or other bookings and carries an additional surcharge starting from €60.
