Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement or changes during your stay are not included. Please use the towels only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or outdoors. Please take good care of them and avoid difficult-to-remove stains. Towels with permanent stains or damage may be charged. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per reservation. If you require a cot, you must notify the property 24–48 hours in advance. Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged EUR 10 per night. Our standard check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00, from Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 19:00 are subject to an additional fee of EUR 30 for check-ins from 19:00 to 22:00, EUR 50 for check-ins from 22:00 to midnight, and EUR 80 for check-ins from midnight onwards. If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will be EUR 30 for arrivals until 22:00, EUR 50 for arrivals from 22:00 to midnight, and EUR 80 for arrivals from midnight onwards. If the day of arrival is 25 December, 26 December or 1 January, the applicable check-in fee will be EUR 50 for arrivals until 22:00 and EUR 100 for arrivals from 22:00 onwards. The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied (EUR 9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of EUR 19.95 will apply. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of EUR 400. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500 (in addition to any police fine). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
