Damage deposit

Collection of rubish at San Vito lo Capo , takes place every day, time frame and all neccessary information including the address of where the rubish is being deposited , will be available to Guests on arrival from the Property.
Guests are kindly invited not to leave rubish inside the appartment as it will be ocurring a loss of the damage deposit (100 EUR), applied by the Property in order to cover the costs of any eventual damage and /or the case of abandonment of rubish .
The house consists of 2 bookable solutions: an apartment with terrace and a bedroom with private bathroom. Only the first floor apartment has a kitchen and terrace.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
