Damage deposit
A damage deposit of PHP 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Please note the following house rules:
1. The use of towels outside the guesthouse is not allowed. Towels exclusively for outside use can be provided upon request. Beach towels are offered free of charge.
2. Washing clothes in the bathroom and cooking in the room are not allowed.
3. Smoking inside the room is strictly not allowed.
4. Visits from friends and relatives are not permitted on night sleep time 10pm-06am.
5. Night silence starts from 10pm.
6. PHP 100 will be charged per hour for late check out.
7. Guests are required to replace the towels and bedding if they contaminate them with henna.
