-If you smoke in the property there will be a penalty of 200 EUR applied -If you leave garbage in the property a penalty of 50 EUR will be applied -If the oven is left unclean a penalty of 50 EUR will be applied. -If an extra guest non registered in the reservation a penalty of 50 EUR per guest and per night + the difference in the change of the reservation will be applied. -200 EUR Fee of no responsable use of electricity or if you leave the property with A/C turned on will be applied. - Late departure after the maximum time indicated in the advertisement is subject to a penalty of €50 for each hour of delay in checking out. -If the payment is not received in the destination account within the maximum timeframe indicated in the message containing the bank details, the reservation will be canceled. Proofs of payment orders are not considered valid unless the funds are reflected in the destination account.
