A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 20:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Check-in is fully automated and allows guests to access the property independently. After 8:00 PM, access to the property will still be possible through the automated system; however, any request for in-person assistance or on-site intervention by our staff will incur an additional fee of €30, payable directly to the staff member. Please note that after 8:00 PM, any malfunction of the automated system (including, but not limited to, internet connection failure, electronic door lock issues, or other technical problems) may not be resolved immediately and shall not be considered our responsibility. Therefore, if the guest is unable to access the property, even following staff intervention, the reservation may be treated as a no-show without the right to a refund. After 11:00 PM, in-person assistance is not guaranteed.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
