The water of the hot tub is heated up to 34 degrees from 1st of October until 1st of June and from 17.00 until 19.00 o'clock. Heat is not available from June 1st to October 1st during this time heat is €100 extra per week, upon request. Notice-for safety reasons, no other parties other than those who have booked the property are allowed in the property during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please note that additional guests above the maximum room occupancy are not permitted. Noise policy offer: Due to the property's central location, there are bars, restaurants and nightclub that may create additional nighttime noise on Fridays and Saturday. For this reason, we are making a special discount that is automatically applied for the two nights of the week. Property access: To access the property there are two options - one is a walkway downhill and the other, from the street level, includes a few flights of stairs. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 20 per hour will apply for early check-in and late check-out upon request.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
