Please note that baths are available at all times with the exception of their cleaning hours from 1000 - 1400. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. One of the baths is a mixed-sex outdoor hot-spring bath.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
