House Guidelines: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules: 1. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Please note that a late check-in fee of IDR 200,000 applies for arrivals after 8 PM, as our team will need to be specially arranged to welcome you. 2. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. For additional secure storage, please contact us. 3. Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or property damage within the premises. 4. Drone use requires prior approval due to guest privacy. 5. Pets and durian are strictly prohibited on the property. 6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas. 7. Outside vendors require prior approval. Approved vendors may be subject to a venue fee starting from IDR 500,000. Unauthorized vendors may result in a minimum fine of IDR 1,000,000. If there is any service you require that we do not currently provide, please feel free to let us know your preferences and we will be happy to assist where possible. 8. No parties or events inside the villa. Unauthorized events may incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 and may lead to eviction without refund if complaints arise. 9. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violations will incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per affected area. 10. Commercial photography requires prior approval and must respect the privacy of other guests. 11. Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, fire incidents, or loss of property during the stay. All charges must be settled before check-out. 12. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen area only. Open flames (including BBQ, candles, incense, and fireworks) are strictly prohibited. 13. As Bali is a tropical island, occasional geckos, ants, insects, or other small wildlife may appear despite regular pest control. 14. The parking space is available for up to 2 small cars / 1 large car / multiple motorbikes. Advanced reservation for parking is needed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
