A damage deposit of EUR50 per person is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The credit card used during the reservation process will be requested on arrival. The name on the credit card must mach the name on the reservation. The reception is open from 09:30 until 13:30 and from 16:00 until 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Parties are not allowed on site and loud noise is forbidden after 23:00. The villa must be left clean or an extra fee of EUR 50 will apply. When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
