Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 9 kg or less. For stays of more than 28 days, guests must sign the property rental contract and provide a valid photo ID prior to check-in. Additional Cleaning Services: these will be offered at an additional fee, please contact us to request this service (this will be paid up-front to the Cleaning Company), a Basic Cleaning Service will be $80 and includes (Wash Bed Linens, Exchange Towels, Bathroom and Kitchen cleaned, Sweep Floors, Kitchen Counters and Sink and Garbage Cans Emptied) and a full service is $160 which includes the Basic Cleaning Service and all additional rooms cleaned (Sweep Floors, Vacuum, Dust).
