Street parking is available for EUR 3 per hour from 08:00 to 18:00 with a limit of 3 hours per day, but you can park for free in front of the unit if that's available. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. To prevent causing inconvenience to the neighbors, the apartment is equipped with a sound detector. In case there is a loud sound in the apartment, the guest will receive a message or phone call to be cautious about the amount of noise. The sound detector is not able to hear or record anything, but the sound volume. We fully respect your privacy. For your comfort, we provide a starter supply of shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, and other essential consumable items upon check-in. Kindly note that, as this is a private accommodation, not a hotel, these items are not replenished during the stay. If you need additional supplies, nearby supermarkets and shops are easily accessible. Smoking will incur an additional charge of EUR 200. We want to keep the space fresh and enjoyable for all our guests, so smoking inside the home isn’t allowed.
