Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Please note that there is an additional charge of 10 € for each hour of early check-in and late check-out. 🔸Street parking is available for EUR 3 per hour from 08:00 to 18:00 with a limit of 3 hours per day. but you can park for free in front of the unit if that's available. 🔸The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. To prevent causing inconvenience for the neighbors, the apartment is equipped with a sound detector which, in case there is a loud sound in the apartment, the guest will receive a message or phone call to be cautious about the amount of noise. (the sound detector is not able to hear or record anything but the sound volume| we fully respect your privacy) 🔸For your comfort, we provide a starter supply of shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, and other essential consumable items upon check-in. Kindly note that, as this is a private accommodation (not a hotel), these items are not replenished during the stay. If you need additional supplies, nearby supermarkets and shops are easily accessible. 🔸We want to keep the space fresh and enjoyable for all our guests, so smoking inside the home isn’t allowed.
