Guests must inform the management of their expected arrival time. Please note that all check-in can not be done at the property but has to be done at V.le Diaz 150 presso il B&B Al Solemar. For arrivals after 6:00 PM, a self check-in will be arranged. Alternatively, for guests who prefer a personal check-in, an extra fee of €15 per person per hour of delay will apply. Our reception closes at 6:00 PM. Please note that upon arrival (or a few days before arrival in case of self check-in), guests are required to pay the city tax (€1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights) and a security deposit of €200, which will be refunded at check-out after the room inspection. Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
