House Rules: To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for everyone, please observe our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Visitors are welcome during the day, with a maximum of 2 to 3 visitors allowed at a time. However, overnight visitors are strictly prohibited, and only registered guests may stay overnight at the property. Visitors are not permitted to use the kitchen or other guest facilities. Smoking, vaping, and the use of any illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Please do not take, remove, or damage any property belongings; guests will be held responsible and charged for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves, especially after using the kitchen for cooking. Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. Any violation of these house rules may result in additional charges, compensation fees and removal from the property without a refund. Guests bringing pets will be charged a CAD 75 pet fee per pet. Parking is available in two locations, subject to availability. Free street parking is open on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively, guests can secure a spot in the property’s driveway for CAD 10 per day by registering in advance through messaging with property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
