Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels are refreshed once every 3 days at no additional cost. Daily linen/towel change is available upon request and will be chargeable. Long Stays (28+ Nights): For reservations exceeding 28 nights, electricity charges will be billed separately at ₹5 per unit, calculated as per actual consumption. Additional Guests: Guests above 5 years of age are considered additional persons. A fee of ₹1,000 per person per night will apply for guests exceeding the standard occupancy limit. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests may smoke only in the balcony/outdoor areas. A penalty of ₹2,000 will be charged for smoking indoors.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
