In case of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 applies during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Guests must collect new keys from our office. On departure day, no trash should be left in the property. Guests must dispose of all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
