El Ministerio de Interior de España nos exige que recojamos información a nuestros huéspedes. Esta información ha de obtenerse previa entrada al apartamento. Para ello se enviará un link, donde cada huésped ha de incluír sus datos y firmar. Es importante tener estos datos rellenos y firmados antes de la entrada a VISTAMALAGA. Durante el check-in, se comprobarán estos datos con los documentos de identidad/pasaporte vigentes y se procederá al envío de la información al Ministerio de Interior de España.
En junta se ha aprobado por parte de la comunidad del edificio la renovación de los dos ascensores por unos ascensores más modernos y con mayor capacidad. Se tiene previsto que la sustitución del primer ascensor tenga lugar en septiembre de 2025. Durante los trabajos de sustitución del primer ascensor, sólo funcionará uno de los dos ascensores. Posteriormente se sustituirá el otro ascensor y quedará mientras que esto ocurre uno de los dos ascensores nuevos en funcionamiento.
