A deposit of 1 nights stay will be charged to the credit card on file the day you make the reservation. This is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. If a guest cancels within 7 days prior to their reservation, the deposit will be kept. Children under 12 years of age can not be accommodated. Parking is extremely limited. Please include a request in the notes of your reservation for a parking space. All guests must be 21 years old or older to check-in. If under 21 years of age guest must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age. If arriving after 18:00, please contact Venice Beach House before 18:00 to make arrangements. Cardholder must be present upon check-in with valid identification, or all previous payment will be void and refunded.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
