Guests must contact the host when booking more than two rooms, and reservations for more than two rooms are non-refundable. Clients will receive the entry code by email before the day scheduled for check-in. After completing online check-in, uploading identity documents, and signing the contracts, the guests will sign the traveller's part and, in some cases, provide billing information and a receipt for payment. The payment will always be prior to arrival by remote payment or a secure payment link. The apartments, with similar characteristics, will be assigned in order of reservation. Please note that additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy are not permitted. These apartments are part of a tourist apartment complex. If the booking exceeds the establishment's permitted capacity, the property will cancel the reservation free of charge. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
