We kindly ask you to respect their peace and avoid making noise after 9:00 PM. – Please note that the house is intended for family use only. *Parties and gatherings are therefore strictly prohibited. *A noise detector is installed in the property. To respect the neighborhood, the police will be contacted if noise disturbances are detected. *In such cases, the reservation will be immediately cancelled. *Booking will be notified in the event of any damages. – If it is observed that more than 12 people are present in the house, the reservation will be immediately cancelled. – Please also note that the house is strictly non‑smoking. *A €200 fee will be charged if cigarette odor is detected.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
