Please note that dogs are only allowed upon request of €25.00 per stay. The final phase of construction is currently underway in the rear section of the Seepark. Our property does not directly border the construction site; however, there may be occasional disturbances during the day on weekdays due to construction activities or delivery traffic. There is no work at all in the evenings, on weekends, or on holidays. We have already factored these circumstances into the room rate accordingly.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
