Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Cleaning is included in the price, for all lengths of stay. For long stays cleaning will be done more than once.
Sheets and towels are provided.
From November to March, there is a supplement for heating the pool, which depends on the length of stay.
Keys will be left in a safety deposit box. When you have made the reservation, you should phone or email the property for the code to open this safe. Contact details are on the booking confirmation.
Please note that 30% of the reservation must be paid once a booking has been made, the remaining must be paid upon arrival.
