The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival. Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in. By booking this property, you agree to: • Comply with all house rules, community regulations, and local ordinances. • Maintain respectful noise levels at all times and observe designated quiet hours. • Ensure that all individuals staying at or visiting the property are included in the reservation and approved by the host. • Complete and electronically sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement prior to check-in. • Provide a $100 refundable security deposit prior to check-in. • If the primary guest is under the age of 21, an additional $150 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in.
