Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Charges for electricity are not included in the price, except from June to September; and depend on your consumption.
Please note that:
- for stays of more than 7 nights, check-in is from 16:00 to 18:30 on Saturday only.
- for shorter stays, check-in is from 18:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday only.
Please note that guests have access to a shared washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen can be rented with a EUR 12 extra charge per bed and per stay. Towels can be rented at 6 EUR per person per stay.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for EUR 5 per machine.
