Late Check-in & Technical Issues Policy Check-in is fully automated and allows access to the property via the self check-in system. After 20:00, access to the property remains possible through the automated system. However, any requests for in-person assistance or staff intervention after this time will incur an additional fee of €30, payable directly to the staff member. Please note that after 20:00, any potential system malfunctions (for example: internet connection issues, electronic lock failures, or other technical impediments) may not be resolved immediately and shall not be considered our responsibility. Therefore, if the guest is unable to access the property, even following staff intervention, the reservation may be treated as a no-show, without entitlement to a refund. After 23:00, in-person assistance is not guaranteed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
