Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas. • In-house dining policy – Our cook/chef prepares meals only from Starflower Villa’s à la carte menu. Outside food brought in by guests cannot be prepared by our kitchen staff. • Noise & music policy – Loud music or noise is not allowed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. At all other times, music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level so as not to disturb the neighbourhood. • Respect towards staff – Bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated. • Parking – Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking area. Parking on green grassed or landscaped areas is not permitted. • Respect for the property – Please treat the villa, furnishings, and facilities with care. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
