Please note that the apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. When you book with 2 guests, 1 bedroom will be available. Should you wish to have access to both rooms, it is required to pay the full price for 4 persons. The unit is for private use in both cases and there will be no other guests. Use of all the facilities (private garage, bed linen, towels, use of water etc) are included in the price. The use of the kitchen is free of charge and is equipped with utensils. Please note that only children of 12 years and older are allowed. Guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen completely clean upon departure or to pay a charge of EUR 50.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
