1. Please kindly note that pool heater is seasonally closed. Pool might be covered and out of use totally during the winter season. Pool is heated between July - Mid September. Additional charges of $350 (first day) and $300/day (additional days) may apply. Please note that a 72 hours in advance-notice is required to heat up the pool. 2. As required by local regulations, the host lives on the same property. However, your guest suite is completely private, separated by an exterior wall with its own entrance. You will have exclusive use of your accommodation and will not be disturbed during your stay. 3. Child locks on some cabinets in house for storage, and cleaning supplies of the host. 4. Please note that the swimming pool can't be used after 12:00 pm.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
