1. Please kindly note that pool heater is seasonally closed. Pool might be covered and out of use totally during the winter season. Pool is heated between July - Mid September. Additional charges of $350 (first day) and $300/day (additional days) may apply. Please note that a 72 hours in advance-notice is required to heat up the pool. 2. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
