Perched on the hills of Nice, located 4 km from the city center, our house is surrounded by a 1,000 m² garden with an orchard, vegetable patch, olive tree, pond, and a small Japanese garden. You will enjoy a quiet location with a private parking space and electric vehicle charging. The room we offer is 35 m² with a private entrance, kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Please note that our house is poorly served by public transport (no buses after 8:00 PM); a car is essential! You can charge your vehicle for free at our property (Green'up socket with a charger adapted to charge twice as fast as a standard outlet). Our house is eco-friendly; it is the first house in the Nice metropolitan area with a phyto-purification station (no septic tank or main sewer system here; plants take care of filtering grey and wastewater).
