The building is several decades old, and the shared staircase is narrower and steeper than a modern build — we've fitted handrails for safety, but just something to be aware of, especially when travelling with larger suitcases. The property's electrical system is older, so please avoid running more than 1 major kitchen appliance (e.g., oven and washing machine) at a time to prevent tripping the circuit breaker. If using the fireplace, please avoid using the kitchen extractor fan at the same time, as it can create negative pressure in the apartment and pull smoke back into the room.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
